Had a stressful day..

Culmination of bosses inability to delegate work loads covering peoples holidays. We're two staff down plus doing holiday cover for other people, been going on weeks! We're all a bit frazzled. Anyway, feeling particularly stressed today Students are trickling back & it's getting busier still!! I've asked for a meeting for all of us, to air any grievances. Just finished putting together my bit :0(

well understand, i work for a charity and they are cutting back hours and other things, constantly doing 3 to 4 peoples work, when there is only 2 of us!!!!

Its like that where I work to. Everything urgent, half the workforce on holidays and nothing but aggro from above.

Hi mamma, aww thanks! I was all tense when I got in. Needed to sleep but had a food delivery coming. I have some of those little individual bottles of wine, very tempted!!
