what really happened to Wellard
Eastenders on Friday was so sad. i was just wondering what really has happened to Wellard, has he been retired off does anyone know please i should love to know.

The last Wellard, who was snuffed out on Friday, was actually a bitch, not male. She is still in good health, but has just been retired, because she is now quite old and her owner and trainer feels it's time for her to rest.
I don't know why she hasn't been replaced.

Kyte (Wellard) belongs to Gill Raddings who runs a company called Stunt Dogs. They provided dogs and other animals for film and tv work. http://www.stuntdogs.net/
