It's a tube station in London, near an area called Little Venice. This is somewhere that a lot of record companies and music publishers have their headquarters. I believe that that gets referenced in the song, although I haven't taken too much notice of the lyrics.

yes, there are some BBC studios nearby which may well have something to do with it
