Song title, pretty vague description

Okay, just about the worst description but recently (say, in the last month) there has been a song on the radio and in the charts, sounds like it came straight out of the eighties and I can't for the life of me remeber who it's by or what it's called - at some point in the chorus they sing
"we (something somthing something..) uh-whoa-oh, whoa-oh!"

Any ideas?
