The song is called Galway Girl, by Irish accordion/fiddle player Sharon Shannon, featuring Steve Earle on vocals.

It's number one here in Ireland (again) for Sharon Shannon, with Mundy singing. The second song on the cd is the Steve Earl version, so that's pretty good value.
