There are lots on medium & long wave. Here are some I just heard:

162 184 216 225 234 549 630 864 1125 1233 1377 all frequencies in kHz.

ps The above were in Scotland, in daylight, so now doubt you'd hear them as well or better in England.

There will be many more in darkness, but it can be difficult to listen on MW & LW as the bands get incredibly crowded.
