Euro 2004 - Portugal Music

I was in Portugal for Euro 2004 and as well as singing the Nelly Furtado "Forca/Folklore" song, the locals were also always singing along to a sort of rap type song whenever it was on. I saw the video on the big screen in the fan park and the locals went mad when it was on...the chorus is very catchy....it sounds something like "bellu-saj, bellu-saj, bellu-saj" (although I know it's definitely not that!). Luis figo appears in the video having a shave and singing along to the chorus. What's the song?
