Help.. Me and my mine met a few months ago and had a 'smooch' but neither of us can remember what song it was we danced to.. I know this is a long shot, but he's sure it was from the 60's so does anyone have any suggestions of songs that dj's tend to play to 'slow things down' from then. Needle in a haystack springs to mind, but I'll try anything!

I know it wasn't that song, but it was about that speed/beat. My bloke said we were talking about me not liking motown whilst it was playing.. so there must be some link somwhere to what was playing? It's really bugging me as I usually remember things like this when I first meet people.
Well tempations did some real smoochy stuff, like this?

Nope, it wasn't that - think I'll have to trawl through limewire or something to find artists.. I think I'll know it as soon as I hear it (hopefully). Thanks tons for trying to help..
Have a look on youtube, for temptatons, four tops, supremes, gladys knight and the pips etc, good luck, Ray xx
This may not be the one but it was one of my favourites.

More likely Marvin Gaye -maybe Let's Get it On.
crikey, this could be a very long search!
how about The Elgins - Stay in my lonely arms?
a good place to look would be http://www.everyhit.com/index.html . Search by year then.
When a man loves a woman - Percy Sledge?
