Dr Beat was the B side originally

The A side was a spanish song

It depends on which of the various single releases you mean.

For the first release "Dr Beat" was the B-side to "Luchar�" as mentioned previously. However release of the track later the same year had an instrumental of "Dr. Beat" as the B-side, another "When Someone Comes Into Your Life".
