How do I alter my 'auto-fill' information?

Tonight I filled in the 'auto fill' form from my google tool bar to save me time when filling in forms with my name and address. I missed out a bit of my address but cannot seem to get back into the form to alter what I put - I canonly see the info I entered by holding the shift key on it - as it tells me to do. Please can anyone advise how I get back to the form to make some changes?

Go to 'settings' on the far right of your Google toolbar and click, from what comes up choose 'options' and you will get the form with your details on.

You need to also click autofill settings when the option form comes up.
