Question on behalf of my girlfriend.

Curent(ish) MTV video, where an old(ish) Spanish guy is singing and playing a guitar. When he plays, the waves from the guitar travel and hit people and they start dancing.

Does anyone recognise this description of a video, from my g/f? Please?!?
