song sung by a bald coloured lady. she has a very high pitch voice but it sounds like a man singing. the video for this song is set in a desert with a rusty old car. any ideas?

the only bald coloured lady i can think of was with skunk anansi,whether this is her name or the name of her group though i dont know.
also what about grace jones,she wasnt completely bald but near as dammit!!!

Sounds like Skin from Skunk Anansie... i'm sure the video for 'Weak' had a rusty car in it(?)
