I'm afraid it does not appear to be from the original soundtrack but taken from elsewhere :( Thanks for the suggestion though.

It sounds like Delerium to me. It's a Goth/Cyber band anyway - although I don't have this particular track.

Delerium is the off-shoot band of Front Line Assembly, and had a club hit a couple of years ago.
