Hi, I've just got a new MP3 play and wondered if anyone could tell me the best site or sites to use for downloading music.

An idea of costs and such would be good too.

Thanks :)

theres loads of ways! eoither buy a,bums/singles from shops and put them on your comp or use a program like itunes and download them from there i think each song is about 99p or something or you could just randomly browse the internet for individual songs which you can buy from various sites, or you could use a free prgram to get music which i think is illegal but depends what you want to do
Em from Wooloworths website, each song is around 0.79 and they have a pretty good range to choose from. Another way to download is from your own CDs using the software that would have come with your mp3 or you can download a program such as Kazaa or Limewire and pay a single membership fee, and then your songs are free to download. I think this way is illegal though, so you're probably better doing it from woolworths or type music sites into Google or something. Hope that helps. x.
Beware of Kazaar Gold, it could mess up your computer. It cost me 40 to get rid of the problem it caused.
ooohhhh let me think, pay to download music or get it for free bit of a no brainer really lol. Use limewire (free version) ive downloaded a couple of thousand and no problem.
go for limewire :-)

no spyware or virus's and its pretty swift

or if you don't want to pay for limewire

www.frostwire.com its a free version of limewire by some of the programming team who didn't like limewire charging for the pro version so they quit and made their own project :-)
