cymbals

hey, i was just wondering if anybody could help me out, im looking into buying a set of cymbals and i've got my eye on two affordable sets, one consists of sabian "solar" and stagg cymbals and the other has all paiste cymbals, could anybody let me know which they would reccomend and what they think of them if they have used them?
