Can anyone tell me the name of the song which is being played alot recently with whistling in it?

It's currently being played for the GMTV advert?

It was also played during the bands at Reading Festival (late, I know)

I've thought it was Belle and Sebastian (that genre of music) but I wouldn't know the title to look for.

Any help would be appreciated as I can put this annoying tune to rest.

198x, I don't actually know the answer to your question, but an educated guess would be "I Was Kaiser Bill's Batman" by Whistling Jack Smith (a hit in the late 60's). Good luck!
