Identify Band and Song?

I saw a video about a year ago, it was a young american band and the video was them playing in the garage of their house, they keep lusting over the woman who keeps coming out of the opposite house, the video covers a number of years as all the fashions (rock type fashion as opposed to fashion fashion) keep changing.
It made me laugh but I never found out who it was or what the song was, does anyone recognise it?
