itunes songs

I have itunes on my computer with about 1000 songs on there, do i have to get an ipod to put them on or can i put itunes onto an mp3 player???

If you want it to play on an MP3 player you'll have to convert the files.

iTunes files are currently .AAC

You're best off getting an iPod in my opinion.
198x is right. Non-Apple players don't play AAC files. You'll need to covert the files to MP3, which you can do in iTunes. It'll just take a while . . . maybe try it with a few files first, before spending the time on your entire library.

You're better off uninstalling iTunes ... it's rubbish.

You can try Tansee iPod Transfer which can backup songs and videos in iPod to PC, copy iPod songs and videos to new ipod, computer or notebook.
