It's Hurry Up Harry by Sham 69, recently re-worked as Hurry Up England (sad but true) for the World Cup.

Thanks, thats been bugging me for ages. Can't say i've heard the World Cup version though.
You dont want to!!!
Sham 69 were an agit-prop band at the time of punk, and their loud yobby approach and influence belied the considerable intelligence and artistic temprament of their lead singer Jimmy Pursey, who is, I believe, an artist these days. Pursey disbanded the band after one too many gigs descended into a violent free-for-all involving NF things who routinely invaded their gigs and started trouble.
