and it would have been interesting to see Guns N Roses and Metallica

I cant imagine GnR will be that good. Slash made the band not Axle. Axle and a group of people noone has heard of.

I'm going, part-work, part jolly-up. I am interviewing the drummers from Tool and Korn for Drummer, and I'm talking to Strapping Young Lad for Metal Maniacs in the U.S., plus whom ever else I can get hold of on the day.

I'm really looking forward to seeing Metallica play - I saw them two years ago, but Lars was ill, so it wasn't quite the same. Tool will be fabulous, and I'm curious about the Gunners, but not too hopeful. Still, most people won;t have seen the original line-up, so nothing to compare with.

Otherwise, I shall simply see as many bands as i can, interview schedules and waiting around permitting. Have a good time if you're there.
