Does anyone know the artist or lyrics to a song that I think is called 'Falling' although i'm not really sure. I think there are the lines '..falling..' and '..take my hand..' somewhere in the song.

How about "Falling" by Julee Cruse as featured in Twin Peaks? Mystical, dreamy vocals, and unusual melody. Very strange but appealing too!

If it's a jingly, jangly pop song it could be by the bluebells song I'm fallin' (same group that sung Young at Heart) from 1984 go to No11.

could also be Julie Cruise - if your song is a bit dreamy with a woman dreamily singing over it with a dreamy bassline (get the dreamy hint)

None of the above, I'm afraid. This song is 'Falling' by the excellent McAlmont and Butler, from last year's album Bring It Back. The chorus goes: "And if you take my hand / You could take command / Can't you hear me calling? / I'm falling..." For some unfathomable reason, it failed to make even the Top 20.
