she's just saying 'sorry' over and over in different languages. I've definitely heard french and spanish....trying to remember the intro now to tell you the other languages! This may take some time!

french then spanish then dutch (i think) , italian and finally spanish again this time saying forgive me or something to that effect

in the middle its japanese, hindi, polish and hebrew basically saying the same as above....i'm sorry, please forgive me etc
