Is Norman Cook/Fatboy Slim going to do another gig on Brighton beach next year? I heard that if he does, it will be tickets only, but still free.

I have a feeling he won't be since he had to subsidise the last one when the main sponsor had to pull out and then stump another wad of cash for the subsequent clean up operation... as a result of which he said he wouldn't do one again

In light of the problems this year, would Brighton council allow him to anyway? I was sure I heard that they would be unwilling to grant permission to repeat the event - of course that may change depending on how much Mr Cook is wiling to pay for a "license".
