Music video - girl/guy, bathtubs overflowing

I saw a music video a while ago, loved the song but never found out the artist. The video was weird; a guy was in a bathroom upstairs in a house, a girl in a bathroom downstairs. In both rooms the bath was running and overflowing and flooding the house, and the girl and guy were making their way toward one another, and by the time they meet they're underwater, and they kiss. Any ideas on the artist/song?
