Yes, I think it's their most underrated album, in my opinion better than both Revolver and Sergeant Pepper's...Not as good as Abbey Road though.

One thing that I regert is not appreciating Beatles as much as everyone around me seems to. I just don't really get them and that whole Beatlemania. I am definitely more of The Rolling Stones kinda girl. But each to their own, right.

Absolutely, <b<>JustSia! :-) I also prefer it to Sgt. Pepper and Revolver and think it's their most eclectic album. Then again, I guess as it's a double album, it's got the room to be eclectic!

The weird thing about it is, there were no singles taken from it, and yet loads of the songs off it are familiar to even non-Beatles obsessives.


I recommend "Revolution: The making of The White Album" by David Quantick as further reading on this crazy classic.
