I think Duck sounds fairly like Kirsty Gallagher, but higher pitched. Could be she spoke 'higher', it was done digitally, or I am completely wrong.

I don't know the answer, but that's been my opinion for a while.

Voices are Emma Ferguson for Duck, Jason Flemyng for Dog and Jim Broadbent as Frog,
