I've just heard The Avalanches song Frontier Psychiatrist for the first time in ages - what a top song!

Does anywhere know where the samples come from? I've done some extensive googling, and the only thing I've been able to find out is that the dialogue at the very beginning is taken from 'Polyester' a 1981 John Waters film, and the tune at the very end of the song is Silvana Mangano's 'Anna's Song'. There's so many other intriguing samples used - I'm surprised there's not a list somewhere on the internet. Can anyone help?!
