Do you mean best last track on an album or the best outro to a track?
Either way these two fit the bill:
Wont Get Fooled Again - The Who
Day in the Life - The Beatles

The epic end to Sigur Ros's ( ) album is awesome. I'm not even going try and write what the track is called though.

For me it is The Beatles

A day in the life

The secret track on the Yeah Yeah Yeahs album called 'Porcelain'. Absolutely perfect.
Dark side of the moon - Pink Floyd.....
I read the question and immediately thought of a Day in the Life. I click to see what everyone else has put and it would seem I am in good company.
Yeah i agree with A Day in the Life. Also Alanis Morissette has a hidden track on jagged little pill called Your House, which is pretty awesome as she was in her angry youth stage still
"Goodbye" from The Spice Girls 'Forever' album. I do hope they mean it !
I am the Resurection by The Stone Roses is a good'n.
Agree with OBonio. I am the Resurrection is a superb last track.

Anyone remember the La's? ("There she goes" was their only hit)

Their eponymous album ended with a blinding track called "Looking Glass". About 8 min long, building and building to amazing finish.

(I thought of Day in the Life too; "Looking Glass" prob really comes second!)

The run-out groove of "Sergeant Pepper's.."

Stairway To Heaven on Led Zep's 4th album

Yip, that's my choice.

i love "The Movie" at the end of Aerosmith's Permanent Vacation album.

Only in Dreams - Weezer (Blue album)

Darkside Lightside - Ash (1977) although if you let the C/D run for another 13mins there is another "track" called sick party which is Mark Hamilton being sick (loudly)

The last tune on the new strokes album, I know its a bit new but give it time
Given that it was the last album they released before the split, the Beatle's finale to Abbey Road seemed quite appropriate - a medley of Golden Slumbers/Carry that Weight/The End.

Street Spirit - The Bends - Radiohead

Southern Cross - Everything Is - Nine Black Alps

I am the Resurection by Stone Roses
Ive just gotta pull Whickerman up on his choice, sorry mate. STH is the last track on side 1, When the Levee Breaks is the last track of the album. To be honest though, you could put them in any order and the last track would be a belter.
