Does anybody know this film?

Hi,

I remember watching a film when I was little and it was a horror - some little girl was taunting her family - (think she was a ghost and had been killed in an accident) and I remember a few things - she electrocuted her dad in the bath, there was an iguana or similar animal that she made float to make her brother fall off the roof and that she blamed them for her death - it must have been made in the late 70's early 80's.

If anyone can help as this is bugging me! Thanks!
