We have had various Yamaha organs (full size rather than just keyboards) over a number of years and have always found them very reliable.. The only advice I can offer is to buy the very best you can afford because from bitter experience I can tell you that as you gradually become more competent, you become more ambitious to have an instrument that will make your humble efforts sound special. Also, the more effects your have on it, the more you can practise with the sound seeming slightly different every time, which is a good way of eliminating the boredom of practice. Good luck and hope you really get a lot of pleasure from your new hobby. There is nothing more rewarding than making your own music.

Korg make excellent keyboards. Have a look on their website..
