I heard that this song is based on a Paul McCartney or Beatles sample. Can someone tell me what it is?

There was a McCartney song called Waterfalls. It was a hit in the 80's. It is one of my fave love songs ever. If it IS the basis for the TLC song , I'd be VERY suprised. I guess a check of the label would show the writer as Sir Paul.

song was written by prince. don't think it's connected to mccartney's song.
