(Lack of) Robbie Williams Tickets

Has anyone encountered problems trying to get Robbie Williams tickets? I was on the website on 9th November at 9am when they were due to be released and still did not manage to get any as the website was not able to cope. I was so frustrated as I got to the last stage of the order, when it decided to tell me to 'Please bear with us and try later'.

I sent off a complaint and was promised a reply within 3 days, which hasn't happened. I am awaiting a response from a second complaint I have sent off. Has anyone out there had any sort of response after complaining about tickets? Am I likely to get this resolved, or should I become an ex-Robbie fan??

Any advice/kind offers of tickets muchly appreciated!!

...it was busy, i must say but i brought 4 tickets easy a couple of days after release. mind you, i did log on at 3.15am to get them.

....you have to be an Inner Santum member or something spelt like that...and that cost �25, tho u get a t shirt with that.

i'd love to get tickets too! dont be an ex fan, i'm sure if it was up to him, he'd let everyone buy a ticket!!
