It sounds like it could be Sailing to Philadelphia. The first words are 'I'm Jeremiah Dixon, I am a Geordie boy'. The other singer is James Taylor. As far as I know it's very recent - probably on Knopfler's latest album.
its called "sailing to Philadelphia " and is the title track to Mark Knopflers album of the same name, and featurs the vocals of James Taylor. the whole album is v good .
