That even though it is purely instrumental and has no vocals, because of the acoustic properties actually sounds like people are singing.

I have seen it but can't even think what it was called. So if anyone can point me in the right direction I would be grateful.

Thanks

Any idea what instrument(s)?
The pipe organ has a stop called vox humana because of its resemblance to the human voice but I don't think it could really be mistaken for real people singing.
What genre of music is it, rock, pop, soul or classical ?.
An indication of genre might help too. Pop? Rock? Indie? Folk? Classical? (etc).
Tony and I should operate a rota for posting on AB. If we're here at the same time we constantly seem to be playing 'Snap' ;-)
This is Tony Banks playing a Mellotron M400 using one of the choir tapesets. Probably not the one you're looking for, though...
Ahem!
LOL, set one up Chris ;-)

No it is an auditory illusion. Listen to it and you can hear the singing, especially soon the second hearing.

But it is purely instrumental, there are no singers.

I have been showing my kids (and a few of their friends) to show how reality isn't always the reality we think it is.
