It's definitely sung by Russell Watson and I'm 90% sure it is called 'Where my heart will take me'. It is on his latest album 'Encore'

Yep it is Faith of the heart by Russel watson.It is also the 2002 official commonwealth games theme tune.

Actually it is Where My Heart Will Take Me" Written by Diane Warren Performed by Russell Watson Episode: {all episodes} Faith of the heart is also used, but not as the title theme
