Hi, I have just come across this by Amazon and I would like to know more about it, however I cant seem to find the answers to my questions on amazon, so thought i would ask here.

Can you download music from amazon digital music to your p.c and then copy it over to an SD card (this is what i use for music in the car)

How much does it cost to join?

Is there a limited to how much you can download?

Is there a good selection of songs available?

Thank you

Yes.
Free.
No.
Yes (Fairly comparable to iTunes pricewise)

I use it all the time. There is an application to download, but apart from that it's really easy.
The other good thing is, with certain CDs (If you still buy them) you get the Autorip facility, which means you can download a free mp3 version of the album you've just bought - saves you borrowing the CD if you've bought it for someone else.

Thank you Stephen_G, your information is really helpful.
They are also DRM free, unlike ITunes....basically you can transfer them from A row Z and they will also play.

The download to a pc app is brilliant as it keeps track of what has been downloaded before and only adds new stuff.
Yes if you buy a CD from Amazon they automatically down load the tracks, they even put all those that I have bough from them in the past on there too.
