I will only use blue Rizla's, apparently that makes me a snob in the hand rolling world.
Not me,nothing wrong with "Iceland Shops" IMO.
Yepp! me and proud of it.
I'm a snob, I've never shopped in Iceland, Lidl, or Poundland. I don't even know where they are in York (but I'll survive)
I must be, I don't buy much frozen stuff.

I think Iceland is ok for a few things -but neighbour gave me a bit of dinner one night i think new years' night this year and I never tasted ham and turkey like it in my life - it was a meal to die for - since I know nothing about Iceland I think it may have been "deluxe" ie only comes out at Christmas - however i think the sweets are great and it cheap.
I think you're my sister, I told her the same thing Saturday.

But I got called a snob for losing interest in a good looking guy because I saw he had been shopping in one of those pop up shops that sells cheap, polyester clothes.
I'm picky, but there's nothing the matter with Iceland - why won't you go there? I can't afford to shop in M&S all the while!
Only in the world of beer/lager. I went to a festival and they only had Stella. I refused point blank to drink it... which apparently makes me a 'snob'.

Gotta say, I don't think I would shop in Iceland either.

I have to admit, I have been in Iceland in the past, and you can get good prices on bread and grocery stuff... BUT I would never buy the cheap own brand frozen stuff. I do buy Frozen stuff in Sainburys like Birds Eye and other brands.
i'm not a snob....but i have standards. i think i would end up killing some of their clientele....x
I shopped in iceland last week for the first time in 20+ years never ever again - the chavs were actually fighting in the aisles!!
I buy stuff from Aldi
I am a snob as I always have to have the loo roll the same way to pull it from the back.
And I'm sure it's lovely Mick. I buy stuff in Waitrose which is also quite nice.

Craft.. you are missing out.. Poundland is fab!
Lol FGT :)

It's the whole "Mum's go to Iceland" thing that puts me off. That and Kerry Katona...
wendilla, me too, it has to be at the back :-)
yes -a snob and uneducated lol! //joke// Aldi has some great products (I'm a true 'foodie so will not buy cr*p food) as does Iceland, you just have to pick your products carefully -and Pound shops are great for plastic products, candles, bin liners etc -I save money on items in those shops so I can buy my meat from local farm shops -much more important than where your frozen peas or tinfoil comes from!!
knowabit I have just checked for my nearest Poundland and it's in the middle of York. It would cost me a fiver to park close to it (I don't do buses as they have strange people on them)
