I think she's a lovely character. Not afraid to be herself and also a very intelligent, articulate young lady. Such a refreshing change from some of the dopey bimbos we're usually presented with.

I can't argue that she's intelligent; I just hate her voice. I also feel that she came across rather poorly on Room 101 where she seemed to display a rather dismissive attitude towards those who worked for her.
