EU legislation could be on the way to the UK that will allow stray cats and dogs to be used for animal experiments. I sincerely hope not. Check out early day motion no 216....

By essential they propbably mean shampoos and cosmetics, opr possibly lazy eyes?

Might I suggest that all guilty expense fiddling MPs and corrupt bankers be used to harvest organs and for experiments instead?
