Film came out in the late 70's and involved a bomb plot to destroy parliament. Tracking down the bomber seemed to be the main gist of the film but I cannot remember the title. Only part I can remember was a shot of the Queen opening parliament, being disturbed by the noise, and pausing in her speech! Some clever editing involved there!
