If you mean first UK No 1 single, it's Into the Groove. Holiday got to No 2.

Holiday made it to number 6 on its first release, but made it to number 2 when it was re-released...possibly because she hadn't made enough money to fund her future 'African baby purchase' account.
I know that. And it was kept off the top spot by Into the Groove.
