'She' is a scam to get money from the gullible, the vulnerable and the needy. Whether 'she' is offering you a 'free' medallion (costing �22!!) or psychic advice or astrologic or claivoyancing services, it's all *nonsense* and should be binned immediately! And don't be tempted to respond - that way they know you're actually out there and they will continue to send you stuff.
