i prefer no flavour but i do like any of the 'red berry' ones.... dont really like the orange/peach/banana ones much....
i only have plain yogurts, ones with fruit in make me gag.

i quite like muller corners though can eat those but not the light ones, they look nice but have aspartame in them so i wont eat them
Only £1.50 at asda

pdust, I dont usually buy flavoured ones either. Breakfast I have natural yog, own fruit and honey but since I bought these, I cant stop eating them. Luckily my diet allows me to have any yog as long as its fat free. So whilst they are on offer, Im going to enjoy them.
I only eat strawberry ones, yum yum .
greek......... honey topping.
I'm the same as you Fluff. The Ski Smooth ones are nice as the flavours are quite strong but they don't have bits in them.

I was reading in my OH running mag, only yesterday that greek yoghurt is especially good for the joints but I find it a bit too thick, and cant stand those set yoghurts
I got tesco vouchers in my junk mail. £1 off when you spend £3 on yogurts. Muller lights were £2 per six pack or two for three pounds. Got two .used voucher . Only £2 for two packs
we do that with yoghurt when we have breakfast then just eat it with pitta or tortilla or whatever bread ive made..... blooming gorgeous...... dont blame you for enjoying 'ready made' though specially at that price :) enjoy x
You might want to check the sugar content in those muller lights.....
I only used to eat strawberry flavour but am not eating them at all at the moment. I actually looked at the calorie content of the fat free yoghurts and was horrified, some of them have more than a chocolate bar! I tried a diet yoghurt yesterday and all I could taste was aspartame sweetener so I threw it in the bin.
Aldi Greek Yoghurt - the real stuff not the lightweight stuff - good with honey or apricot jam.

I also have a weak spot for Longley Farm toffee flavour, but that is so far divorced from a real yoghurt taste that I'm not sure it counts.
I find Muller yogurts far too sweet. Give me Rachel's yogurt anyday, not that I eat fruit yogurt very often.

I usually just have plain yogurt and flavour it with whatever takes my fancy to accompany main meals.
Yes indeed daffy, you might as well have a real treat...
I make my own, well easy yo, Greek yoghurt then add what I want to it. That way I know what has gone in.
Everybody assumes that low fat means diet food but it really doesn't.
Oh daffy there's a surprise, I mean who'd a thunk it?
I love peach, mango or coconut.

I hate cherry, or any berry ones
Question Author
daffy, I know what you mean. I thought so too, but our SW consultant says we can have any low fat yog including fruit ones.
All this dieting lark is new to me so I haven't really paid any attention to marketing ploys before woofgang. I was one of those that thought low fat meant low calorie but am now learning how wrong I was! I have never needed to watch my calorie intake until I hit the menopause a couple of years ago and the weight started to creep on. Now I need to lose at least a stone so i'm studying all food packets like my life depends on it. lol
