Hi Cave Nick, The only track I can find called 'Dry Spell' is by an American punk band from the early 80s called The Descendents. Hope that's the right one, been on the case for you all day.

Google Dry Spell Lyrics, a number of bands have produced songs called this, a whole page of links come up.

Googled all the lyrics I can get from the vid and posted on loads of answer sites, maybe it's not called "dry spell" but I'm thinking it's more likely they were a small Indie band and had maybe 1 or 2 songs and are too obscure to find?
