How do I transfer music from BBCi player to my computer

Hi can anyone help I would like to record 2 programmes from Radio 4 onto my computer , I have downloaded AUDCITY 1.3 But due to my illness I fail to understand the instructions, I use Microsoft XP

I would be so grateful for any help Thank you so very much.

Mo, start the iplayer normally, with the sound coming out of your speakers. I think there's a drop-down menu on Audacity from which you can select something like "Wave Out", or maybe "Stereo Mix". With some devices it's "What U Hear".
Audacity will simply record whatever is going through the system at the time.
