Tom Petty tickets

I went onto Ticketmaster at 9.00 to get tickets for Tom Petty and they are sold-out. The only way to get one is pay double on ebay or Seatwave. What a fiasco!!!!

Well here"s a thing...My girlfriend went on-line at the stroke of 9 a.m. @Royal Albert Hall Box Office..requesting best seats available.It became such a palaver due to "heavy traffic"on-line,that in the confusion she bought 4 tickets..I went to Albert Hall seating plan,and was put in a queue of over 1600..phew..Old Tom could have filled the place for a week!!

I am very pleased for those who got tix, and equally sorry for those who didn't.

Obviously they have underestimated the demand - maybe they'll consider an arena tour for TP, there is obviously the demand. They have added a second night, but I guess they are sold out as well.

Ankou - I would love to take a 'lovely young assistant' with me, but i have already invited my good friend Mark who is neither young or lovely, but i am sure the present Mrs Hughes will approve of my choice of companion - especially as we may treat ourselves and stay over for the night - in separate rooms i hasten to add!!!!
