On RTE's Live at Four on 9 January, Lilly Allen gave a recipe for a Health Loaf in which were required 1tsp of bread soda and 1tsp of baking soda! As far as I know, these are the same item. So, do I use 1tsp only or 1tsp of each?

Not sure.... but is that Bicarbonate of Soda, I'm not sure what the difference is but using 1tsp each of Bicarb and baking soda seems strange. You can try it once.
