Calling all windows 7 users!

i just bought a little netbook while im travelling and it has windows 7 starter on it. i really want to change the background wallpaper but cant for life no money figure out how i do this! im normally pretty good on computers so have tired everyway i know how to change it but to no avail. can you actually change it? surely you can, right?!

You can't. Windows 7 Starter doesn't allow it.

As Hc4361 states, Microsoft has (theoretically) made it totally impossible to change the desktop with Windows 7 Starter Edition.

However it didn't take long for someone to work out how to do it ;-)
