Thank you butterbean26 but that's not it either but the year is about right, it's kind of soul/R&B with a really deep drum beat with a meadium speed tempo. if anyone knows of anywhere i can play a clip of the track to find out the artist or song title, i've tried the mobile phone version shazam with no luck.
