That is what I thought, I was not 100% sure though and there are some legal repercussions involved as well so I need to find out for sure

You would be wasting your money though as you would still not be insured if you drove it. without having a licence.
Is the person without a full driving licence,,,, specu;lating on "accumalating" no claims bonus ......... as soon as possible ???? .....
i took out a traders policy 2 years ago,before they would send out the policy,they needed a photocopy of my licence,even though they had already sent me a cover note.its not worth telling lies to insurance companies as your insurance will be void.

its not me, its regarding someone who has been banned and is now claiming they have their licence back but has not shown me proof of this but claims that they have insurance therefore its all legal
